Use of the site dsapack.fr implies full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of use stipulated below. 5. Intellectual property and counterfeits.
Nutrisens Medical owns the intellectual property or holds the rights of use over all elements that can be accessed on the site, particularly the text, images, designs, logos, icons, sounds and software. All reproduction, presentation, amendment, publication, adaptation of all of part of the elements of the site, regardless of the means or process utilized, is prohibited unless authorized in advance in writing by: Nutrisens Medical. Any unauthorized use of the site or any of the elements contained on it shall be deemed to constitute a counterfeiting offence and prosecuted pursuant to the provisions of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
6. Limitations of Liability
Nutrisens Medical shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the property of users when accessing the site dsapack.fr, resulting either from using equipment that does not comply with the specifications provided in Point 4 herein or from the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility. 7. Personal data management
In France, personal data is protected in particular by Act No. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Act No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L.226-13 of the French Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995. When using the site dsapack.fr, the following information may be collected: the URL of links through which the user accessed the site dsapack.fr, the users service provider and their Internet Protocol (IP) address. In any event, Nutrisens Medical does not collect personal information about the user except as required for certain services offered by the site dsapack.fr. 9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Any dispute regarding use of the site dsapack.fr is governed by French law. The competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
