Use of the site implies full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of use stipulated below. The purpose of the site is to provide information concerning all of the company’s activities. Nutrisens Medical endeavours to ensure that the site contains information that is as accurate as possible. However, it shall not be held liable for omissions, inaccuracies and defects of updates, caused by Nutrisens Medical or any of its third-party partners providing this information. All information featured on the site is provided for information purposes only and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information featured on the site is not exhaustive. It is provided subject to amendments having been made since its online publication.

4. Contractual limitations in relation to technical data.

The site uses JavaScript technology. The Internet site shall not be held liable for material damage related to the use of this site. Moreover, users of the site undertake to access it using the latest equipment which does not contain viruses and which possesses an updated version of the latest generation browser.

5. Intellectual property and counterfeits.

Nutrisens Medical owns the intellectual property or holds the rights of use over all elements that can be accessed on the site, particularly the text, images, designs, logos, icons, sounds and software. All reproduction, presentation, amendment, publication, adaptation of all of part of the elements of the site, regardless of the means or process utilized, is prohibited unless authorized in advance in writing by: Nutrisens Medical. 7. Personal data management

In France, personal data is protected in particular by Act No. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Act No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L.226-13 of the French Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995. When using the site, the following information may be collected: the URL of links through which the user accessed the site, the users service provider and their Internet Protocol (IP) address. In any event, Nutrisens Medical does not collect personal information about the user except as required for certain services offered by the site The user provides this information knowingly, when for example they enter it themselves.
